Finding Your Why
Simon Sinek says, “Every single [individual and] organization functions on three levels: what we do, how we do it, and why we do it.”
Sinek himself reached a point where he hated his work, even though he was doing great work with amazing clients. But until he answered his own why, he couldn’t find joy in his job. Lacking work joy, he felt out of balance.
