In today’s world, we are increasingly aware of the challenges that affect our mental health. Many of us experience mental health conditions ourselves or know someone close to us who does.

The difficulties of day-to-day life can cause significant anxiety about what the future holds. We’ve discussed my parental existential crisis and money dysmorphia, both of which may stem from poor mental health and can certainly cause mental health problems if left unaddressed.
